After various experiences between gourmet establishments, pizzerias and other projects outside the restaurant, chef Anthony Minker returns to the kitchen in 2018, his first love after several years spent outside a kitchen.
“Le Resto des Vignes” marks the end of an apprenticeship and a certain maturity. Anthony, alone in the kitchen, returns to simple values: Alsace, good food and good wine. Without fuss, you find asmall menu 100% homemade *. A maximum of products from our region and a selection of wines from our partner and friend for a few years now, Domaine Antoine Stoffel in Eguisheim.You can also choose your wine on the shelves of our Côté Vin for discoveries outside Alsace.At the restaurant, a family but neat service. A capacity of about thirty cutlery “à la carte” ; the restaurant is open only for evening service.Simple things are often the best and sharing without complex or pretension is the best tribute to this job.
