Homemade kitchen to discover

You will find Aliénor in the kitchen and Romain in the dining room, as a couple at work and in life! They will make you discover a cuisine between tradition and delicate refinement. You will stroll between traditional sauerkraut and homemade smoked trout fillet, between desserts with subtle combinations and a timeless bourbon vanilla crème brûlée. The restaurant is deliberately intimate, with around twenty seats inside or outside depending on the weather. The menu is varied but limited because everything is homemade* and the chef is alone in the kitchen; like Romain who accompanies you in the room. Family friendly! Here you will never be a number but a guest.

I met Adeline and Anthony in 2011, learning in their first establishment. We had spent two great years together. In the meantime, I grew up, discovered nice addresses and learned a lot of things. They, meanwhile, settled in Eguisheim in 2014. I joined them in 2020 and Romain in early 2023 to share with them this passion for good things well done but unpretentious … this idea that we all share together today and that we are happy to offer you day after day!
